Class Types
MoveYoga brings fun and dynamic yoga classes to your school, studio or community center. By combining curriculum from several accredited training programs we work with you to create yoga classes geared to fit the needs of your students, teachers and schedule. MoveYoga looks forward to working with you!
Preschool (Ages 2-4) – Music, props, guided stretches and elements of creative dance focus on stimulating imagination.
Lower Elementary (Ages 5-7) – Games, music, storytelling and creative movement blend to encourage self-expression and body awareness.
Upper Elementary/Middle School (Ages 8-13) – Partner poses, games, guided relaxation and breathing techniques combine to strengthen self-esteem, body awareness, and interpersonal skills.
Highschool – Partner poses, games, guided relaxation and breathing techniques combine to strengthen self-esteem, body awareness, and interpersonal skills.
Family Yoga – Stretch, move and laugh together! Creative postures are explored through games, music, creative movement and partner poses for the whole family. All ages and levels encouraged.
